All you need to do is go to PTC website and signup as a student or educator and prove your identity by uploading an ID card and simply download your desired application, which you will have to activate with the key sent on your email and carry a limited license up to 4 years.
PTC University academic program is providing students and as well educators all PTC software free of cost with a limited license.
